Please note aerosol products must ship via UPS Ground and can not ship outside the Lower 48 States.. Please choose this option when checking out if you ordered aerosol products. Note: USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 Day Service and will only be used for Military APO addresses and customers with addresses that are not deliverable by UPS or other carrier!
Customers living outside the Lower 48 States may be subject to additional Shipping Charges! Please call us with your address information for a freight quote.

The Terms And Conditions Of This Document Shall Constitute The Entire Agreement For The Purchase and sale of the products To Purchaser.Acceptance Made expressly conditional upon purchaser's Assent to these terms which may differ from,vary or be in addition to,the terms in purchaser's purchase order or request for quotation.any varying,differing,or additional terms and conditions contained in the purchaser's purchase order or request for quotation shall not be binding upon Fastener House Co.
Minimum Order: $25.00 Net Invoice Or A $7.00 Small Order May Apply.
Returns: No Returns Will Be Accepted Without Prior Approval.A Return Authorization Form Must Be Accompany Material And Be prepaid back to our Warehouse.A 20% Restocking And/Or 20% Repackaging Charge May Apply. All returns will be credited to your account.An Automatic 20% Restocking Charge will be Applied if Original invoice number is not supplied.Non-Catalog,Special Order,Discontinued or modified parts are not returnable.
Special Order Items: Non-Catalog And Special material is Quoted net.Standard Discounts And Freight Policies Do Not apply,nor contribute to invoice total for prepaid allowance.A Signed Purchase Order must be on file before special material orders can be processed,and a cancellation charge may apply if order is canceled after purchase order has been received.
Shortages: Our Customer Service Must be Notified within ( 7 ) days of receipt of order of any shortages,damaged material or discrepancies.Claims Will Not Be Honored After This Time.
Open Account: An Approved Credit Application must be Filed with our office before open account shipments can be made.
Terms: 2%-10 Days/Net 30 Days From Receipt Of Invoice.Accounts Not Paid in 30 Days Are Subject to 3% monthly service charge on the unpaid balance.A new order will be held without shipment if there are unpaid invoices in excess of 45 days or if authorized credit limit is exceeded.A $40 Fee Will Be Charged For Every Returned Check.
Freight Allowance:
- $450 or More Prepaid Within California
- $850 Prepaid Within AZ,NV,UT,And ID.
- $1700 Prepaid to the Hawaiian Island
- $1050 Prepaid To All Other States Within The Continental United States,Including Alaska.Alaska will be prepaid to the nearest point of debarkation and collect beyond.the routing of all shipments shall be entirely within the discretion of Fastener House Co.Special Shipping requests will be sent freight collect And will be F.O.B.shipping point.there are no additional charges for dropping an entire order,but the prepaid amount will be based on the shipping destination.A cancellation Charge will apply if an order is canceled after shipping or refused at time of delivery without prior approval.COD order will be shipped under regular freight terms but a collection fee will be added,based on carrier's fees.
Backorders: Backorders are available on catalog items,providing account has been set up to accept back orders prior to entry of order.Prepaid freight is based on value of complete order.
